The radio show “Cascais Garage” is the meeting point for Portuguese Pop and Rock music.
In this weekly program presented by Cláudio Silva, emerging projects in the national music scene are presented, with the main emphasis on national garage bands.

Cláudio Silva was born in Cascais.
He has always been a radio listener, mainly to the local radio stations on Linha de Cascais.
In 1992 he started his career as an audio technician and Disc-Jockey at Ruina Bar, in Estoril, where he made the sound of several bands emerging from the national Pop-Rock scene.
Later, he completes the professional audiovisual course.
For two years he worked in television, later moving into live music and recording music.
In addition to free-lancer, he was resident technician at Estúdio 1 Só Céu (by Delfins) and live sound technician at Delfins, Alémmar, Astronautas, Cinemuerte and Sara Tavares, among many other Pop Rock bands.
Between 2009 and 2020 he was the technician in charge of the Video Studio of the Foundation for Science and Technology and the institution’s corporate Voice-Over.
He recently took over the technical management of audiovisuals at the Nova School of Business and Economics, in Carcavelos, one of the best schools of Economics and Management in the world, according to the Financial Times.
Since 2016, he has been the director of the radio program “Cascais Garage”.
